Management Team

David Fisher has more than 16 years experience working in Aerospace, Defense and Medical manufacturing. He joined S&H Machine in 1995, and was appointed President in 2008. David is the Founder and current President of the Southern California Manufacturing Group (SCMG). David also serves on the North American Supplier Advisory Council for Eaton Aerospace. He attended the California State University at Northridge, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Communication.   

Dao Ha has more than 29 years experience in Aerospace, Defense and Medical manufacturing as a Machinist.  He joined the company as a CNC machinist in 1986 and was promoted to Production Manager in 1998.  Due to his experience, talent and outstanding leadership he was promoted to Vice President in 2006. 

Dao has extensive knowledge of complex four and five-axis milling, multi-axis turning, CNC programming and Manufacturing Engineering.  As the Top Level Machinist in our organization, he is chiefly responsible for interfacing with customer engineering groups on their most challenging New Product Developments, and he oversees all personnel in the production department.  Dao is an inventor of unique patented devices that have helped change our industry.

Quang Hang has more than 24 years of experience in Aerospace manufacturing as a Machinist. Starting with S&H in March 2012, he will lead our Manufacturing Department into the future.

Quang has extensive knowledge in CNC Milling, CNC Programming, 3-D modeling and CMM inspection. Prior to joining S&H, Quang's responsibilities included serving as the Shop Supervisor, Lead and Machinist at three other local Aerospace manufacturing companies. Quang brings key knowledge and experience to the team at S&H.

Richard Martin has more than 20 years experience working in Aerospace, Defense and Medical manufacturing.  He joined the company in 2007 as Quality Manager, and was promoted to Sales Manager in January 2011.  Prior to joining S&H, Richard's responsibilities included Sales, Sales Manager or Manufacturing Manager for three of Southern California’s leading hydraulic tube fitting manufacturers.  He graduated from the California State University at Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Sergio has over five years experience working in Aerospace, Defense and Medical Manufacturing.  On September 1, 2011 he was promoted to Quality Manager, and he will serve as the AS9100 Management Representative.  He holds a certificate in Lean Operations from the Tseng College of Business at the California State University at Northridge.  He has been instrumental in both the creation of Standard Work and the implementation of Lean principles throughout our organization.   

Since joining S&H in 2006, Sergio has held several positions within the company, including Operations Manager, and continues to play a key role as Lean Champion and in IT Support.  He was instrumental in the creation and development of our Tooling department and for all related processes. 

Monica Solorzano has over eleven years of experience in Aerospace, Defense and Medical Manufacturing.  Since joining S&H in 2000, Monica has held many key positions within the company, from Administrative Assistant to Account Manager.  In 2009 she was promoted to Administrative Coordinator responsible for Human Resources and Accounting Services for the company.  Monica now controls the Financial and Human Resources side of the company as well as managing our team of Administrative Assistants.
