TERMS, ELIGIBILITY AND DEFINITIONSThe Corporation reserves the right to alter, amend, modify, suspend or terminate any or all of the benefits listed above at any time and in any respect. ”Covered / Eligible Employees” shall mean all full time employees who have been with the corporation for more than one year (for the 401k / Profit Sharing Plan) or more than one month (for all other benefits listed above) as of the start of a calendar year. A “full time employee” shall be defined as an employee who works 40 hours per pay period.
