S&H purchases a new DMG / Mori Seiki DuraVertical 635 eco Machining Center

We've had an incredible year with a sales growth of 40%. To help maintain that growth and increase manufacturing capacity for the coming year, S&H has purchased a new DMG / Mori Seiki DuraVertical 635 eco Machining Center. With a 12,000 RPM spindle, the DuraVertical 635 gives us another high-performance, high-torque precision cutting tool. With the addition of this new vertical mill S&H now has more CNC mills than lathes. "This is just one of many new capital investments that will allow us to maintain our outstanding quality and on-time delivery record while we win new manufacturing contracts. Our growth is exciting and our capabilities and capacity are expanding to match," said S&H President, David Fisher.

This new CNC mill is in addition to other recent equipment purchases, which include a Brown & Sharpe Global Performance 7107 DCC CMM, a Mori Seiki SL-253 CNC Lathe and a Toyoda FV1365 50-Taper Vertical Machining Center.
