Paid Vacation

2 Weeks Vacation is paid to each employee after 1 year of employment and 3 Weeks Vacation after 5 years. ****

Three paid sick days are accrued per year.

401k / Profit Sharing

Each year a contribution is made by the company into the employee’s retirement fund. Employees choose to invest this money in cash, stock, or bond funds of employee’s choosing. Employees may also elect to defer money into their 401k plan. ***

Education & Training

Education Reimbursement

Required courses leading to an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in an area related to S&H’s business may be eligible for reimbursement up to $1,000 per year.

Cross-Training & Vocational Training

We believe in constant learning and cross-train our employees to build skills and transfer knowledge. S&H also encourages our team members to take vocational training related to their job.

Work Related Reimbursements

Work Shoe Reimbursement

Up to 70% of the cost of approved work-related shoes is reimbursed.

Mileage Reimbursement

Mileage is reimbursed for any employees who are required to drive personal vehicles between our facilities.
