Congratulations to Dao Ha on an extraordinary 40 years at S&H Machine. Since joining the company in 1986 as a CNC machinist under Kenneth Fisher, Dao’s career has been a masterclass in skill, dedication, and leadership—earning promotions to Production Manager in 1998 and Vice President in 2006.

Widely respected as the top-level machinist in our organization, Dao brings unmatched expertise in advanced multi-axis machining, CNC programming, and manufacturing engineering, while serving as the key technical partner to our customers on the most challenging new product developments.

His leadership of the production team and his role as an inventor of patented, industry-changing devices have left a lasting mark on both S&H Machine and the manufacturing industry as a whole.
